We believe that having the flexibility to choose what’s included in your design service is key to making it accessible for you. Start by either building your own design service or purchasing a pre-made package at a discounted price.

Once you've purchased your ideal design service, we'll get in touch to send you a brief questionnaire along with your welcome guide. The guide will outline the next steps, making it as straightforward as possible to help us understand both you and your space. If you’ve chosen the immersive experience, we’ll mail your welcome guide and cardboard VR headset, so you’re ready to begin your design journey.

Once you’ve completed the questionnaire and the tasks outlined in the welcome guide, we’ll get in touch to schedule your first design meeting. During this meeting, we’ll discuss you and your space in detail, so please set aside 1.5 hours for this session.

We want your design service to feel as collaborative as possible. We believe in keeping you informed every step of the way, ensuring you’re happy with the final design. A phone or video meeting will also take place prior to completion to ensure you will be nothing less than delighted with the final product.

Once you've approved your final design, we’ll send it straight to your email inbox or upload it to your account on our website—whichever you prefer.
If you’ve purchased the ‘Immersive Experience’, you can step right into your dream design using our 360° viewer and your aIDyl VR Goggles.

Build your own design service
When you create your own design service, you have the freedom to choose exactly what you need from any section. There's no requirement to select from every category, though we do recommend it for the most complete experience. That’s the beauty of the 'Build Your Own' option: it’s fully flexible, so you can make it as affordable or as in-depth as you like. Every custom package also includes a complimentary consultation to get you started.

01 FOUNDATIONS-
Make sure to add this to your package if you'd like to include accessories in your design service. If you do, we recommend also adding the Accessory Shopping List.

Make sure to add this to your package if you'd like to include furniture in your design service. If you do, we recommend also adding the Furniture Shopping List to your service.

If you need help designing an open-plan space, just add one package for each area you'd like us to work on.
For example, if your space includes a living area and a dining area, add one Open Plan Pack into your basket. If it includes a living area, dining area, and kitchen, go ahead and add two.
A crucial part of your design process is visualising your space to prevent costly mistakes and clearly understand your vision. This ensures a smoother transition from concept to reality.
02 BRING IT TO LIFE-
Moodboards help you visualise how your colour scheme will come together and work in harmony. They’re also a great reference tool when it’s time to style your space, helping you stay true to your original design vision.

Adding a 3D render to your design helps bring your vision to life. It allows you to visualise the final space more clearly and can help prevent costly mistakes. One render might be all you need, but if you'd like additional views, feel free to add as many ‘Extra Renders’ to your basket as you'd like.

Each design service includes 2 revisions. If you anticipate needing more, add this to your service. Don’t worry — you can always purchase additional revisions later.

During your design service, we'll be available on WhatsApp to answer any questions at no extra charge. If you'd like continued support after your final design is delivered, simply add Text Support to your service, and we'll assist you for up to 4 weeks following completion.
