While the flexibility and convenience of remote work are undeniable perks, it can also blur the lines between work life and home life, making it challenging to maintain a healthy balance. To help you create boundaries and foster separation between your professional and personal lives, here are some practical tips for designing a home office that promotes productivity, relaxation, and work-life balance.

When I worked from home during Covid my dog played a huge part of keeping me to a routine and I had never been so productive in my life. If you don’t have a dog think about something else that can help you get in to the same routine everyday, a short run, yoga, meditation.

If not, try setting up your workspace so you can neatly pack it away at the end of the day—like they say, out of sight, out of mind. Set boundaries for checking emails, answering calls, or engaging in work-related tasks to prevent burnout and preserve personal time for relaxation, leisure, and quality time with loved ones.
